Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line

Double wall corrugated pipe is mainly used for water drainage system. It is fully computer controlled line. It features high and stable output capacity, and highly automatic operation. For PE and PP, you can choose high efficient single or double screw extruder; For PVC, you can choose conical twin-screw extruder or parallel twin-screw extruder. Forming system consists of mould and corrugator. Mould blocks can be easily changed and they have air or water cooling system. The belling process is on line. High precision cutting can be guaranteed by cutting machine. The production line can also be equipped with SIEMENS PLC system.

Extruder

Energy-saving and high-efficiency extruder, which adopts a double-spiral screw design with a length-to-diameter ratio of 38. The auxiliary screw edge can block the unmelted plastic particles from entering the melt zone from the solid zone, so that the plastic particles can absorb the energy of the surrounding melt. Compared with the conventional extruder with the same motor power and the same specification, the energy consumption of the extruder is reduced by more than 20%.

Mould

The plasticized plastic extruded by the extruder is plasticized and kneaded by a mold, and extruded through two spiral flow passages to form a tube blank, which is molded into a molding die of the molding machine. According to the characteristics of different materials used by users, and the diameter and wall thickness of pipes, our company customized the most suitable spiral mold for customers. It has the following characteristics: not affected by the change of material viscosity; extremely low pressure loss and high extrusion volume at low melt temperature, low temperature and low pressure to ensure low internal stress of the pipe, large capacity flow channel, full stress release, smooth internal and external surfaces of the pipe.

Forming Machine

The molding machine adopts a "crawler design": the paired molding modules are fixed in a pair on a pair of tracks that are synchronously and cyclically moved to form a row of moving molding modules. The double-layer tube billets extruded by the mould enter into the shaping module of the molding machine. They are cooled under the action of vacuumizing outside the molding machine and filling the mould with compressed air. They are shaped according to the shape of the shaping module of the molding machine. They are cooled and shaped rapidly under the cooling of the external freezing air. Driven by the shaping module, they move out of the shaping module. At the same time, according to the characteristics of slow speed of large-diameter bellows, the super cooling technology is developed. The technology is to increase the air extraction channel on the mold. Through the device, the high-temperature gas inside the module is pumped out from the bottom of the module, and the external air enters from the upper part of the module, so that the air flow close to the inner surface of the pipe is constantly updated, so that the inner surface of the pipe is well cooled. Without special cooling medium, air with low external temperature can evenly cool the moving pipes, thus saving energy.

Cutter

It adopts two high-strength alloy tip blades, rotating planetary cutting, flat pipe incision, precise waveform positioning and high degree of automation.
